The PE-150×250 jaw crusher is a smaller type of equipment in the

capacity is 1-3 cubic meters per hour, which is suitable for the
crushing needs of small-scale star-producing
ore in small mines. The size of the inlet port of the material is
150x250 (mm), the maximum allowable feed
size is 125 (mm), and the allowable adjustment range of the
discharge port is 10-40 (mm). The motor
power required for the 150x250 jaw crusher is 5.5-7.5KW. On the

Working principle
Jaw crusher’s working type is of moving and squeezing. The working
principle is as follows: jaw crusher
uses motor as its power. Through the motor’s wheels, the eccentric
shaft is driven by the tringle belt and
slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track.
Therefore, the material in the
crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and
side-lee board can be discharged
through the discharging opening.Jaw crusher mainly consists of
frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate,
connecting bar, adjustment part and spring.
