4, Working principle
The material enters the machine body from the feeding hopper, and
is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the
high-speed rotating impeller cavity from the middle of the
distributor, and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller. The
acceleration can reach hundreds of times of the acceleration of
gravity. Then, the material is ejected from the three evenly
distributed flow channels of the impeller at the speed of 60-70 M /
s, and the other part falls from around the distributor, Then they
impact on the material lining in the vortex branch cavity together,
rebound by the material lining, impact obliquely upward to the top
of the vortex cavity, change its movement direction, deflect
downward, and the material emitted from the impeller passage forms
a continuous material curtain.
Such a piece of material is subjected to two or more times of
impact, friction and grinding in the whirling crushing chamber. The
crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. In
the whole crushing process, the materials are crushed by self
impact, not in direct contact with metal components, but by impact
and friction with the material lining, which reduces iron pollution
and prolongs the mechanical wear time. The ingenious air flow self
circulation inside the whirl chamber eliminates the dust pollution.
