4. Working principle
The spiral chute is erected, the vertical line is calibrated, and
the iron frame or wood is used to fix it in a suitable position.
The ore is sent to the two feeding ports on the top of the spiral
by the sand pump, and the make-up water is added to adjust the
concentration of the ore paddle.
The ore paddle naturally swirls from high to low, generating an
inertial centrifugal force in the rotating inclined flow velocity,
which is based on the difference in the specific gravity, particle
size and shape of the ore, Through the action of gravity and
centrifugal force of swirling flow, the ore and sand are separated.
The concentrate flows into the concentrate hopper and is connected
by pipeline. The tailings flows into the tailings hopper and is
connected to the sand pool by pipeline, and then is discharged by
sand pump. The whole process of mineral processing is completed.
