1, Description
Magnetic separators are widely used in mining, wood, kiln,
chemical, food and other industries. For mining, the magnetic
separator is suitable for wet or dry magnetic separation of
materials with particle size less than 50mm such as manganese ore,
magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite, hematite and
limonite, as well as iron removal of non-metallic ore, building
materials and other materials.

3, Product advantages

4, Working principle
series electromagnetic high gradient magnetic separator is a
sorting box that places a certain amount of magnetic stainless
steel cotton (or steel mesh) in the pin mounted electromagnetic
coil. After the coil is excited, the magnetic stainless steel
cotton is magnetized and a highly uneven magnetic field, i.e. high
gradient magnetic field, is generated on its surface. The magnetic
force proportional to the product of the applied magnetic field and
magnetic field gradient will be absorbed on the surface of the
steel cotton, and the non-magnetic material will pass directly
through the magnetic material.
