the discharge port, and its double wedge adjustment mode is
simpler, safer and faster than the gasket adjustment mode, which
saves the downtime.
5. Integrated motor installation, shock absorption installation
design
The installation space of the jaw crusher is saved, the service
life of the triangle belt is longer, the rubber damping device is
fixed, and the impact on the foundation is reduced.
4. Working principle
The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw swings up
and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes
the movable jaw plate to move towards the fixed jaw plate, the
material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw and movable jaw
plate retreat under the action of eccentric shaft and elastic
shell, the materials that have been crushed or split before are
discharged from the lower discharge port of jaw plate. With the
continuous rotation of the motor, the broken jaw is used as
periodic crushing and discharging materials to realize mass
production and crushing. It is suitable for granite, marble,
basalt, limestone, quartz, pebble, iron ore, copper ore, etc.
