1, Description
European coarse grinding, also known as European coarse grinding
and coarse grinding, is a grinding equipment specially designed for
medium crushing, fine crushing and coarse powder processing of
stone materials. It is mainly suitable for crushing various soft
and hard ores with compressive strength not higher than 320MPa
(MPA). It is used in industrial and mining enterprises such as
metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, coal gangue,
construction, sand making, refractory materials and ceramics.

4, Working principle
The main machine drives the main shaft through the motor and
V-belt, so as to rotate the rotor. The hammer head is extended
around by the centrifugal force generated during rotation. After
large materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet,
they are crushed by the high-speed hammer. The qualified crushed
materials are discharged from the cracked castor bar at the lower
part, and the unqualified materials are left in the crushing
chamber and repeatedly acted by hammer and bearing iron block until
they can be discharged qualified. In order to avoid blockage, the
water content of the crushed material is generally not more than
20%.
